John Kaman is the founder of Whitewater Coaching & Consulting, a company that specializes in project management education, leadership development and coaching. He is also an associate of Fissure Corp. John spent 25 years at 3M Company in research and development. He managed projects in the development of copying machines, printers and Data Cartridges. He holds 2 U.S. patents and as a result of his leadership, his teams have been awarded 16 U.S. patents. He is a Project Manager Professional (PMP) and served on the board of directors of PMI-Minnesota. Numerous companies have benefitted from John's teaching and coaching. They include Motorola, Ford Motor, United Health Care, Sprint and St. Jude Medical.
